Does Borne jewellery contain nickel? 

All Borne Jewellery is Nickel safe and falls within EU and international regulations.

What is your jewellery made from?
Most of our jewellery is brass, Zinc or Iron based with a silver or gold colour plating and a protective coating to protect the plating.

I have metal allergies, can I wear your jewellery?
We advise that anyone with metal allergies doesn't wear our jewellery. For more information, please contact us.

How do I look after my jewellery?
To avoid tarnishing, please keep your jewellery away from water, cosmetics, creams and perfume. We advise that you don't wear it while sleeping or in the shower/swimming pool. 

Do you ship to my country? 
Probably. We deliver all over the world – delivery charges apply.

What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived? 
Once goods have been dispatched, we will e-mail you. If you haven't received goods within specified time of delivery requested please e-mail info@borne-design.com

What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

How do I get you to stop emailing me your newsletter?
All you need to do is click on the link at the bottom of the newsletter and unsubscribe.

How can I pay for my order? 
We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal.

Which credit and debit cards do you accept?
We accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and Maestro.

When am I charged for my order?
All credit and debit cards will be debited at the point of order.

How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via e-mail.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page. We only refund postage on returns if the item is faulty, it is always best to email us first before sending your return.

I'm not at home during the day. How can I get my goods?
Please give a delivery address at point of order where someone you know is in or your workplace address. If goods cannot be delivered most likely your goods will be held at the local post office.

What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit? 
While every effort is made to protect goods during transit, if goods are damaged when you receive them, then please contact us. Details can be found on the Contact us page.
